What we collect

Professionals share profile information (role history, skills, availability, salary expectations, location, contact details). Organisations share information about the organisation and its Discoveries and objectives. We also collect basic account and usage data required to run the service.

How we use it

Pique uses this information to develop its understanding of the professional and determine when they may be worth bringing to an organisation's attention. Contact details are only revealed to an organisation after the professional accepts an Introduction Request. We never sell personal data.

Professional control

Professionals can pause or hide their profile, update availability, and choose what appears in recommendations (including hiding their current employer) at any time.
